Translate the above to simple terms:

Speed is when a player for example must move fast, cover a given distance in the shortest possible time.

Speed endurance is the ability of an athlete to sustain effort at a near maximum speed for as long as possible.

Aerobic stamina means to sustain a dynamic effort for an extended period of time; from several minutes to an hour.

Maximum strength is when high-level tension is generated by the muscle during a maximum contraction.

Speed-strength is the ability of the muscle to contract or to overcome resistance as fast as possible.

Strength-endurance is the ability of the muscle to contract repeatedly and at intensities below maximum strength.

Flexibility is to perform movements of large amplitude without injuring the joint.

Coordination is performing movements of different variety with precision and in correct order.

Balance is to achieve and maintain stability. Static balance is to control a body position in a stable environment (gymnast is balancing on a beam) In a dynamic balance situation a player for example needs to maintain control during movement or stabilize the body to offset the effect of an external force and also have the ability to keep an object or another body under control in a static or dynamic manner.
